Always feel like Fernando, my consultant is too busy to deal with me. I also get annoyed when after I pay my bill I have to chase people down to locate my keys and car. This is after Discussing the pick up time with my consultant. Is it too much to ask that my keys and car are ready when promised?. BMW you can do better. More

Only issues were the length of time it took. This should have been a 10 minute job and I was there for 2 hours. Understand mechanics may have been busy with cars there before me, but they should have set my expectations as to how long this would be.
