The story of my dream car It’s a long story, but I’ll give the short version. I’d always wanted an X3, and BMW of SRQ made it happen. I’d been shopping around, but didn’t find It’s a long story, but I’ll give the short version. I’d always wanted an X3, and BMW of SRQ made it happen. I’d been shopping around, but didn’t find anything that would work in my price range, because my dream car “had to” have everything in it, because, well, it is my dream car. I drove 2 hours from Orlando to Sarasota for this one that I found and needed to have. Lisa, my sales consultant, showed me the car and I knew it was mine. As excited as I was to get it, I was very nervous about paying for it. 4 or 5 hours went by of me pacing back and forth, looking at the **incredible deal up and down, side to side, upside down... and Lisa stayed with me the entire time. Did not leave at all. I appreciated that so much. We talked, and talked, and talked... until I made the decision to move forward. She NEVER pressured me, never made me feel rushed. Sequoia in management was also very pleasant to speak with, and was equally as patient with me. I was a difficult customer, but they made me feel at home and at ease, never once pressuring me. Once I visited the financial office to sign the documents, Tammy went over the “extras”, but offered me the ones she thought I’d need, and didn’t try to convince me to get what I didn’t need. That meant a lot to this nervous buyer. Juan, the genius, went over as much as he could and repeated things that I didn’t understand about the electronics. Very satisfied. I drove it home, and love it beyond words. I was extremely happy with the customer service, and attention that I received. I was even more excited about the deal that I got. I now have a beautiful, exquisite X3 XDrive in my garage, and could not be happier. Thank you for everything!! More

Not impressed I feel the team pushes the sales of services. My service person left for the day and no one knew my car was done. I sat there an extra hour. I sat there watching employees walk around eating popcorn. Not impressive. More

Great service Total experience was as easy as possible. I was greeted promptly and was able to get a hot drink right away. The wait was comfortable and pleasant.
