Pleasant car buying experience I was dreading buying a new car and having to hassle with the cost comparisons, haggling, feeling confused over costs for add ons, etc., but I experie I was dreading buying a new car and having to hassle with the cost comparisons, haggling, feeling confused over costs for add ons, etc., but I experienced none of that at BMW of Sarasota! My salesman, Jack, was very nice and straightforward. I got printouts of costs and options that were easy to understand and compare. I contacted him by email to ask questions and got quick replies. I ended up ordering a new car from the factory with the options and colors I wanted for a fair price. Since it’s made not far away, it only took 3 weeks to delivery! The tech guy, Chad, went over everything in the car with me before I drove it away, taking time to answer all my questions. The dealership overall is very nice, and everyone there I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. More

However, after leaving my car for two days with your service department --- Seth Rodgers was my advisor, they never could determine why I was having problems stopping my car. One day prior to taking my '97 BMW into your dealership, there were two occasions where it felt like the accelerator was being pushed down at the same time that I was applying the brakes. On one of these occasions, I did damage to my garage door. This is the reason why I ended up talking to Richard Liammari about buying another car, for my wife. More

New set of tires, front brakes routine maintenance Mr. L Mention had done great jobbfir my service need. My 2017 BMW x1’s warranty surprised me somewhat. My 2015 M 4 and 2015 535Xi all supposed havin Mr. L Mention had done great jobbfir my service need. My 2017 BMW x1’s warranty surprised me somewhat. My 2015 M 4 and 2015 535Xi all supposed having 4 year brake serverice coverage. With my x1 at 2 1/2 year ownweship the brake wear is not covered. I am very much disappointed. Obviously Tesla model S is my next vehicle to be. Overall your Service department is doing great job. I will continue to have all my Bimmers servives by you when I am in Florida. More
