After a test drive, he worked with us to help us select the options package we needed, and didn't try to talk us into something more than we wanted. The dealership did not have the exact color vehicle we wanted, however, they offered us a really great deal for us to consider a color that would have been our second choice. The sales manager worked quickly to get the price negotiated within a few dollars of what our target monthly payment amount. We went to financing where all additional warranty and maintenance plans were quickly and clearly explained and we purchased only what we wanted. The start to finish was probably the best experience we've ever had purchasing a car. More

Nail in tire so took in for replacement Our X5M was taken in for a tire replacement because of a nail in the tire It was taken in on Friday and scheduled to be picked up Saturday morning. Our X5M was taken in for a tire replacement because of a nail in the tire It was taken in on Friday and scheduled to be picked up Saturday morning. When we arrived we had to wait 1-1 1/2 hours for the car and then when we checked the tire on Sunday we still had the ORIGINAL TIRE WITH A NAIL IN IT. How pathetic is that?????? More

Bought a 2019 X3 Had been looking for an X3 for several months and had communicated with 3 other BMW dealers during that time. Tatiana checked their inventory and inventories of other BMW dealers throughout the country. Then she checked their expected deliveries, and found something close but with features I didn't want. She and Emilio worked with me on price and we came to an agreement. After the car arrived and was prepped, the final closing went smoothly with JP, the Finance Mgr. No surprises, no issues. More
