Very p professional and prompt service. The only thing that was disappointing was the demo. I tried to have the sunroof and I thought I was getting a sunroof my mistake. The reason for my 3 star rating is because my repairs were not completed on the day of my appointment. My Service Advisor Kyle Rivera is excellent, professional and attentive - I recommend him wholeheart were not completed on the day of my appointment. However on this day, Saturday Feb. 28th I was alarmed and upset by an unusual interaction with an employee of Service Pros Auto Glass and asked to have my car brought down from the lift and left BMW of Sarasota as fast as I could. I felt that I was being coerced into being a party to the commission of insurance fraud and wanted no part of it. Now I have to make another appointment when I return to Sarasota in a few weeks. Will make a clear note on my appointment record that I do NOT want to interact with anyone with Service Pros Auto Glass. More
