And she did not seem all that bothered by the extremely long wait I endured when picking up my car. Your staff rarely smile or make the customer feel welcome. More
Disturbing I had a 30,000 mile major service a few months ago, and then I saw the service light come on my dashboard. I brought it in and Service guy said it was I had a 30,000 mile major service a few months ago, and then I saw the service light come on my dashboard. I brought it in and Service guy said it was a need for changing the brake fluid ($160!). Not sure why this would not have been done during the major 30,000 service. More concerning was I was told I needed a new battery, for which I paid over $300! I find this disconcerting as when I was in for the 30,000 check up it said my battery was in the top category of "good." How it went from that, skipping "fair," and going to failing in such a short time is pretty amazing, and questionable. To add insult to injury, my car wasn't even washed after the service. More
20,000 mile service I had a 20,000 service including an oil change and a change of the cabin filter as well as replacing a missing mud flap which I requested. I checked-in at about 7:45 AM and exited at 10:45 AM. In my opinion the service takes way too long. The other owners I sat with also agreed that it takes too long. We do talk as we wait there. Upon cashing out, the cashier told me to go out the door head left, wait at the end of the drive and someone would drive the car up to me. I waited and watched other cars being driven up but not mine. I finally asked someone where was my car and he responded by asking who was my service rep. I said Seth. He came back to tell me that my car was on the side of the building. I said to him how am I supposed to know that? And just shook his head. I picked the car up myself. First class service! More
