Rep is there to greet you in minutes to discuss car problem. Later will come back with an estimate for repair. If it twill take a longer time to fix I always an uber back home. Fernando was personable and professional. I think that there are way too many people involved in the process of just getting an oil change. You drive in and are greeted by a very happy man wh I think that there are way too many people involved in the process of just getting an oil change. You drive in and are greeted by a very happy man who asks you who you are the time of your appointment and who your service provider is. Then you get out of your car and go to a host desk where you give them your keys, sign in and they tell you to sit in the waiting room and that your advisor will be in shortly. So you sit for a while, your advisor shows up and you go to their desk. You wait while they pull up your information and verify it, then you sign and go back to the waiting room. Throughout the two hour wait for an oil change you are asked by several others if you have been helped.. So many steps in a very simple process. More
