Johnny O. greeted me and chatted while i waited to speak with a service advisor. Johnny was very friendly and an absolute pleasure to talk to. I was then introduced to Lewis, the service advisor. He was also very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. When my oil change was done, they washed my car, and Lewis walked me out to be sure everything met my expectations.
