Excellent Service! I recently came in to have a tire replaced for our brand new X.3 that we had purchased from Eric in August. Carlos was abundantly helpful and got us a I recently came in to have a tire replaced for our brand new X.3 that we had purchased from Eric in August. Carlos was abundantly helpful and got us an immediate appointment as well as had our tire replaced within a few hours. While I was there Mr. Eric Reves took time out of his busy schedule to touch bases with me and see how the car was working so far, and to tell me about a few amenities that I was not aware of. I always receive excellent service whenever I come to the Sarasota BMW dealership which is why I travel over 50 minutes to go there each and every time for a BMW. I would highly recommend the dealership as well as the employees who work there. More
