Mixed emotions My Overall experience was a rollercoaster. Went in for a tire, upon inspection I needed 2 tires and front brakes. I approved the work but stated it n My Overall experience was a rollercoaster. Went in for a tire, upon inspection I needed 2 tires and front brakes. I approved the work but stated it needed to be completed that day. I had to drive over an hour to get to dealership. That was in the morning. I got there about 4pm it wasn’t complete and I was told brakes wouldn’t be there until next day (Saturday) I was promised with apologies that it would be done by 11( I had an appointment 4 hours away I couldn’t miss) when I got there on Saturday at 10:50 they couldn’t find paperwork for about 20 min. Tires weren’t changed and brakes weren’t done.....Manager stepped in and explained situation, gave me a beautiful new x7 to use for the week I was away and really made me more comfortable with the whole situation. When I get there a week later to exchange cars my brakes weren’t done because they were left off of the paper work.... but they completed them within the hour at no charge and made up for it with customer service.... Very helpful I stopped in because my low tire light came on. Tiffany (Asst Service Mgr) was very helpful— replaced my tire & checked on my tire insurance. Carlos has been my service advisor for these visits and he goes above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience. This last visit I purchased tires. Everything went like clockwork and I appreciated very much the loaner which made it possible for me to go back to work. I really appreciate having Carlos as an advisor. Because of him, I think this BMW dealership is the best and I will buy my next car from them. I love the BMW car but I also value having a good place to have it serviced and this is part of my buying decision. In summary, I respect and trust Carlos and I think he does a great job at representing this dealership. Also, as a side comment, I liked the video the mechanic sent telling me about his review of my car. More

Very Disappointed I have driven a BMW since 2000. The X3 I am currently driving is my fifth car. When I took my car in for service on 11-11-19, it was going in for a n I have driven a BMW since 2000. The X3 I am currently driving is my fifth car. When I took my car in for service on 11-11-19, it was going in for a nail in the back rear passenger tire. I have the road hazard so I felt it wouldn’t be a problem. I arrived at my appointment at 2pm, unsure where to go as someone always has come up to my car to go over my appointment. I walked up to the counter and the young man whom never looked up at me till someone walked up behind him and asked if they could help me. They took my name and asked me to sit inside. I went in and waited. I waited about 20min when a nice lady by the name of Susan ask me to come over and she would get my information. She informed me it was probably going to take 2.5 hours for this tire. I figured they were busy, I was patient and had brought some work to take care of. After waiting for two hours, Susan said she would check. I was sitting not far from my Service Advisor Tina, who by the way never came over to introduce herself. I happen to overhear a conversation with someone I‘m guessing from the garage talking on speaker phone that the tire were dry rotted and they needed to be replace all four ties. Finally after 15 minutes I think it was, Tina came over to talk to me. She explained about the tires and I understood I may have to replace the tires but I knew the back drivers side tire had been replaced at one time. Could they make certain I needed all four done. It was getting close to 5:30 and still no answer on the tires needed. Finally a few minutes later I received a text from Tina, remember I was only a few feet away. I didn’t understand why she didn’t say something prior to it’s arrival. Another 15min after that she came up to me and started to go over the service. Again, I couldn’t figure out why she hadn’t come to me before the video text came, so I asked so how many tires do I need? She said well we replace the one in the back rear passenger side and so I asked how long is it going to be before my car is complete. Tina said oh you’re all done. This really upset me, the main reason being is they say I needed all four tires and now I don’t. I felt like they were sending me out unsafe if my tires were as bad as the service person made it sound when I overheard the call. Come to find out the were apparently in the yellow, guessing that means it is something that is going to need to be replaced in the next few months. At this point I still don’t Know. I take very good care of my car and always make certain it’s running in the best possible shape. I have a BMW because I know they are very reliable and I never have to worry when I take my car in. There is never a worry that I would be sold something I did not need. I have always had honest service techs that look me directly in the eye And explained as the process progressed. More
