I had some issues with my 2013 328xi and if it were not for Seth’s amazing customer service in the service department, I would have probably not bought another one. I decided to trade it for a 2017 and Tatiana was amazing. Gerry, her manager was just as helpful and pleasant to deal with. Horrible Customer Service Moved to Sarasota from Tampa. Purchased all my BMW new from Reeves BMW. Called BMW of Sarasota to schedule a 30,000 miles service and was informed th Moved to Sarasota from Tampa. Purchased all my BMW new from Reeves BMW. Called BMW of Sarasota to schedule a 30,000 miles service and was informed that they do not provide a loaner vehicle for schedule maintenance. ?? I would have to pay for a rental vehicle. I've never had any issues with Reeves BMW regarding a loaner vehicle. I guess I'll be driving up to Tampa for service and purchase of my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. More
