I took my car in for service and after over 24 hours, I still had not received an update on what was wrong with it or the cost to fix. I had to call multiple times to connect with someone who could give me information. After my car was finally done, no one bothered to call and tell me. Then when I got home, one of the technicians left the coolant cap on my engine, causing coolant to leak out and splash all over my engine. Extremely frustrating lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. I will be taking my car somewhere else next time. More
