Headlight change It took 2 hours to change a headlight and I had an appointment. After an hour I had to go find my representative. He was in his office and proceeded to tell me I needed a break light changed. He didn’t have the bulb but could get it in 10 min and have it replaced in 6 min. 40 minutes later I had to again go to the representatives office and he said they were working on the paperwork. More

Seems unnecessary and time consuming. My Chicago dealership is more streamlined and efficient. Sarasota staff was friendly and the waiting room was very well appointed, however. I just didn’t want to spend my day there. More
