We knew it wasn’t so we made service appointment with Sarasota BMW and they listened to what we said looked at headlight and said it wasn’t normal and promptly ordered new headlight and installed it yesterday. Check engine light . . . My check engine light went on. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to g My check engine light went on. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to get diagnostic results. Not sure why it takes this long but got the results in an hour and a half. A temperature sensor was not functioning and was replaced in another hour and a half. The service staff were very friendly and kept me updated. No surprises, they did exactly what they promised. Would give 5 stars but just can't understand why it takes an hour and a half to get diagnostic results. More

Service great but lease agent subpar Service department very helpful. I had a horrible experience with lease agent. I have been a bmw customer for 15 plus years and because I bought a d Service department very helpful. I had a horrible experience with lease agent. I have been a bmw customer for 15 plus years and because I bought a different brand vehicle the lease agent was not very accomadating when I tried to terminate lease. Hopefully my next encounter improves when I return to complete termination. I probably will buy BMW vehicles in the future but not at Sarasota if the termination process does not improve. There is a lot of competition in luxury car market and burning bridges is not very wise. More
