Judy was great On May 1 I got on your website and asked for an appointment and received no response. On Friday May 3 I called your Service Dept and left a message a On May 1 I got on your website and asked for an appointment and received no response. On Friday May 3 I called your Service Dept and left a message and again, no call back. On Monday May 6 I drove from Cortez to the dealership to schedule my appointment in person. My appointment was for Wednesday May 8 at 10:00 AM and I arrived right on time to be greeted by a service lane packed with cars. As stated my appointment was for 10 and there were at least 12 cars in front of me, and more pulling in behind me. I checked in at the podium as requested. Approximately 15 min. later my service advisor Judy found me and advised me she was working with someone but would be with me shortly . After another 10 to 15 minutes Judy found me and we went to her desk to discuss my service request of a oil change and oil filter change. Judy did touch base with me during my wait and another lady was checking on all the customers waiting as well as me. After approximately 2 1/2 hours my car was ready and washed. Judy went over the service repair order and we discussed what was done and what should be done according to the manufacturers recommendation. I thought Judy was calm and collected as clearly the person that scheduled my service for 10 am scheduled way too many cars for that time slot. Judy explained in detail what was to be done to my car and again what should be done. She was very professional during that very hectic time....The reason for the 4 star rating was not Judy it is for the person that scheduled me at 10:00 am along with a lot of other customers...I shouldn't have to sit at your dealership for 3 hours to get my oil and filter changed and a wash... More
