Oil change Went in for a oil change with an appointment at 1:30 and left at 3:30. Seemed pretty long, other than that it was good. Service oriented Service Tech, Alex, was very helpful diagnosing a persistent problem with my key-less entry system. He found out what the problem was, offered and im Service Tech, Alex, was very helpful diagnosing a persistent problem with my key-less entry system. He found out what the problem was, offered and implemented a solution and I have not had a problem since. He went over and beyond the call of duty to fix a problem that had been driving me crazy. My only criticism is that it took three tries before Alex stepped in to resolve the issue. $300 for a simple windshield fluid filter/screen that costs maybe $10 seems excessive. More

Service fine, repair not so much They did not wash my car when completed the work and left some gooey stuff on the passenger side seat I had to clean. My air is no workin properly.
