Not to mention the waiting area/ lounge was updated and modern, the amenities included cookies baked onsite, an assortment of soda, water, chips, coffee and comfortable chairs with place to charge your phone while you wait. Plus they washed and vacuumed my car! BMW of Sarasota not only took care of me, but also my car for such a reasonable price in such a reasonable amount of time. 100% recommended BMW of Sarasota. He was thorough in going over the 60,000-mile service package, which he said was necessary for my 2014 320i. His explanation allayed any concerns I had about the cost. Rather than have me wait in the show room for 3 hours or more, Lewis encouraged me to take a loaner vehicle, which he promptly arranged. I was able to get work done at home before Lewis called later in the day to let me know my car was ready. When I returned, Lewis took time to go over the service and its results point by point. A very professional gentleman. Not only does BMW produce a fine vehicle, but the service experience always is efficient and hassle-free, especially at this dealership. More

She alwa BMW of Sarasota has an excellent and professional Service Department. Maria Lizardi ,my service advisor, is very courteous and professional. She always has my car ready on time and it is always fixed. I have a 2018 BMW now, but I previously had a 2011 BMW which occasionally needed more that the usual maintenance. Maria would make sure that the problem was fixed the first time in the BMW shop. I will continue to bring my BMW X5 to BMW of Sarasota for service. More
