Very dissatisfied We booked an appointment in advance for my first oil change ever with my new BMW. Informed them that I would need a loaner which was agreed upon. Arri We booked an appointment in advance for my first oil change ever with my new BMW. Informed them that I would need a loaner which was agreed upon. Arrived at 1:34 PM (appointment was at 1:30 PM). Initially approached by one representative, told them I had an appointment and was expecting a loaner. Ten minutes later another person approached and we told them the same information. They asked me to wait in the waiting area and I informed them that was not possible since I had an infant in the car with me. Finally at approximately 2:10 pm ( more than 30 minutes of waiting in my car in the drive up bay), they brought up a loaner car at which point we started transferring our personal items. During this process they informed me that the car would not be ready until 5 PM.. 3 hours later for an oil change. I asked if I could pick it up any earlier and the answer was no. I asked if I could pick it up later than 5PM and they said that they were closed after 5 PM. In other words, I can only pick it up right around 5 PM or come back the next day. This should have been communicated more clearly to the customer. In between the 30+ minute wait time and the inflexibility of the pick up time, I would rate this a very poor experience. I am a first time BMW owner and never had anything near this type of issue with Lexus or Porsche. We left very frustrated and now need to reschedule another time to come back in. More

The plastic seat cover, and the paper front mat cover was left inside the car. The car was not washed or cleaned. I think it is really unprofessional, considering the fact that it is a BMW service. Best so far Went in to get my car checked out because it was making a noise. Service was quick! I was missing 3 lug nuts. They took good care of me.
