Fernando was personable and professional. I think that there are way too many people involved in the process of just getting an oil change. You drive in and are greeted by a very happy man wh I think that there are way too many people involved in the process of just getting an oil change. You drive in and are greeted by a very happy man who asks you who you are the time of your appointment and who your service provider is. Then you get out of your car and go to a host desk where you give them your keys, sign in and they tell you to sit in the waiting room and that your advisor will be in shortly. So you sit for a while, your advisor shows up and you go to their desk. You wait while they pull up your information and verify it, then you sign and go back to the waiting room. Throughout the two hour wait for an oil change you are asked by several others if you have been helped.. So many steps in a very simple process. More

Derek was the service manager assigned to me & he was very helpful. Gave me options and explained them. He also arranged for a loner with Hertz. However was the service manager assigned to me & he was very helpful. Gave me options and explained them. He also arranged for a loner with Hertz. However I had problems with the hertz loner, tire rapidly losing air. Filled it up & found a hertz dealer in Venice. They were very helpful however they didn’t have a car to swap. I had someone pick me up and when my car was ready Derek arraigned to have Uber pick me up so I could pick up my car. Very pleased with how Derek handled my problem More
