Awesome doesn't even come close to my wonderful experience This facility is really great! It is pleasant to spend time there, even for a few hours. It is clean, staff is friendly and courteous, food and coffee is tempting and tasty. My adviser, Jessica, is THE BEST!!! I don't have words to explain the great service I get each time I am there. It's almost to the point where I cannot wait for something to go wrong with my car so I can go there and just relax. It's like "me time" that I don't get to have in my busy life. Keep up good work! P.S. Maybe there are "cheaper" places to get things done, but that's exactly what you would get in those places CHEAP! Cheap parts, cheap labor and cheap experience. I don't have enough money to spend on cheap, bcs. cheap does not last. More

Excellent Service Contacted Carlos Munoz regarding a flat tire. Carlos immediately took care of me. I was able,thanks to him, to come in without out an appointment and Contacted Carlos Munoz regarding a flat tire. Carlos immediately took care of me. I was able,thanks to him, to come in without out an appointment and have my tire replaced in a relatively short time and have other services done that my car needed. I have purchased 9 caes from BMW of Sarasota and have had very good service managers, but Carlos is the best. I can even text him at home with a car problem and he always gets back to me almost immediately. He is couteous and always professional and keeps me informed about what is going on with my car. Please give him a raise. You are lucky to have him! My wife and I have bought 9 BMWs and are about to purchase our 10th, all via Jack Hojnacki. He is always profession, courteous and so knowlegeable about the vehicles we purchase. I will only deal with Jack when I purchase a car! More
