Very helpful and courteous You arrive and they greet you before you get out of your car. They go over everything they are going to perform during your visit including the approx You arrive and they greet you before you get out of your car. They occasionally stop and ask how you are doing and if there is anything they can do to help. They come and advise your car is ready and walk you to it. My first service session with BMW As this was my first service appointment with BMW I was hoping for a good experience. I think overall I was very satisfiied from the appointment As this was my first service appointment with BMW I was hoping for a good experience. I think overall I was very satisfiied from the appointment reminder pone call, setting a convenient time, being told to expect a 2 hour service--that was 2 hour. While Derek was attentive and efficient as one could expect, I also was impressed with other BMW personnel I interacted with and found them to be very pleasant and wanting to be helpful. I look forward to a long relationship with BMW. More
