Checkin for service is dysfunctional I was leaving car and my wife came as well to drive me home. The work to be done was discussed with service manager previously and known to the dealer I was leaving car and my wife came as well to drive me home. The work to be done was discussed with service manager previously and known to the dealership 2-3 days before service appointment. I had to meet with 3 different people and discussed service with at least 2 of them. Total wait just to drop off car for service was 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable, especially for luxury line like BMW. This is an issue that you must deal with!! Makes me reluctant to consider a BMW for next car. More
Customer Satisfaction at its Best I recently brought my car in for annual service. My appointment was for 7:30a on a busy Friday morning. I arrived at 7:30a and was greeted by my my technician, Lewis at 7:35a!!. Lewis sat with me and reviewed everything included in the service visit and asked if there was anything else they could do during the visit! He estimated it would take them about an hour and a half to two hours to complete. Here is the best part, my car was delivered (washed!) within the 90 min time estimate! Lewis reviewed the service report, no cost due to warranty service and I was on my way! More
