Was surprised to find a $65 filter was installed, plus a $40 labor charge without a phone call. And, 1 1/2 - 2 hours for a simple routine oil change is ridiculous. My radio station was changed by someone to a station I abhor. If they don’t approve of the station, just turn it off—don’t change it! Rich Liammari was our salesperson last year. He is still there and as friendly as ever. Thank goodness for him, as his friendliness is the saving grace. If you’re buying at BMW Sarasota, ask for him! More

Very well taken care of. My M235i was having issues leaking oil, and is still under warranty so I called up BMW and described my issue. An hour later I was in a loaner, and the next day I got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. They fixed it, did some extra preventative maintenance for me, and washed and cleaned it and had it sitting pretty waiting for me when I arrived. It was quick and efficient and I felt well taken care of my Carlos, my service advisor. I would definitely recommend BMW in Sarasota for any BMW needs. More

The level of professionalism and the lengths that they went to ensure the best service experience and repair cost was unbelievable. My 528i was issues occurring just months outside of the 5-year warranty. My service representative, Valentina Lizardi, consulted with the service team and they petitioned BMW to cover the repairs due to the low mileage on the vehicle. Valentina served as a customer advocate to me and incredible ambassador of the BMW brand. She also extended a promotional discount on the uncovered repairs, making the cost far less than what was quoted by other independent service shops specializing in German cars. I am extremely impressed by Valentina's professionalism and thoroughness. She returned texts on her day off, handled all aspect of the repairs and interactions with the manufacturer, and made arrangements for a complementary rental car. Valentina went above and beyond the expectations of any service professional, earning my loyalty, trust and rave reviews! She's not only a customer service professional, she's a truly kind and caring soul. A BMW genius, Chad Spellman, showed great patience and product knowledge revealing many features of the car that were previously unknown to me. Who knew all the cool bells and whistles? Other team members were cordial and helpful during the check in and car rental process. Anyone in need of BMW service or in the market for a BMW should absolutely go to BMW of Sarasota. That's the only place I will ever go for service or sales.
