I was told it would be approximately two hours, but my service advisor was AWOL as she and her family were enjoying the buffet. I also asked to see a Genius to answer a few questions. After finding my vehicle, which could have been sitting there for awhile I waited approximately 10 minutes for a genius to appear. No one showed. So, there in a nutshell is why the low rating. I was not happy about events as they unfolded yesterday. More

A pleasure to work with Carlos and his team I have been using Sarasota BMW for 18 maths now and everyone I ask for Carlos . He is very effecient , I was in for oil change and a shimmy but was in I have been using Sarasota BMW for 18 maths now and everyone I ask for Carlos . Only suggestion is after the rotation if my tires they should have recheck my air . As the tires have one in front and one in back at 38 and the other two at 35 . Thanks Carlos More
