This time was the best experience so far I've had mixed feelings about this BMW dealership--I've had trouble making an appointment, or them calling me back. Also, the actual experience there went a lot better. They finished my car fast and the service agent that helped me was really nice to work with and made the experience smooth. Disappointing My wife was there for 1hr and 10min just to drop off my car and pick up a loaner and she had an appointment!. Very disorganized and she was not happy My wife was there for 1hr and 10min just to drop off my car and pick up a loaner and she had an appointment!. Very disorganized and she was not happy - she was comparing it to her Lexus dealership which she LOVES. I picked up the car myself and it was much much smoother - I was well taken care of but my wife said she will never take my car to that dealership again. Sad. More
