Disappointing My wife was there for 1hr and 10min just to drop off my car and pick up a loaner and she had an appointment!. Very disorganized and she was not happy My wife was there for 1hr and 10min just to drop off my car and pick up a loaner and she had an appointment!. Very disorganized and she was not happy - she was comparing it to her Lexus dealership which she LOVES. I picked up the car myself and it was much much smoother - I was well taken care of but my wife said she will never take my car to that dealership again. Sad. More
