i had thought this was a great process, but looking back, it wasn't. I stopped by the dealership on the way back from vacation to look at the I4 as that's the car I've been really interested in leasing. it wasn't. I called from the resort and told the sales person I was really interested and was willing to come in and lease if the price was right. He was supposed to call me back, but hours past and nothing! Bad experience and I don't care how busy you are, in a reasonable amount of time, you should call back. 2. Girlfriend convinced me to stop by the dealership on the way back from vacation. I was reluctant, but ended up doing it. Once there, the new sales person was nice. I had an interest in the grey I4, but the sales person spent very little time trying to find it (walking through the lot). Luckily I did find a white one I liked, but that is always my third choice over silver and grey. 3. I liked it enough to say ok this is what I want based on what he had told me were the options in the car. I couldn't look inside, drive it, or open the door (company policy on new cars) 4. I took him at his word that it had all the options I required in a car (coming from a Mercedes EQE+). 5. They sent an Uber once I did the secure payment to hold it and come pick it up. On arrival they did a nice job showing me the features of the car, but the options that I was told were in the "premium plus" package are way different than I imagined and once driving the car, it was noticable right away. 6. Meeting with finance. Very nice person, but what was different about this BMW dealership vs others, including another one they own in Tampa was a bit of a bait and switch. All other dealers had backed the total monthly cost of the lease into the payments (including taxes and fees + down payment). That was NOT the case in Sarasota. Think about it, I'm trapped in Sarasota, Ubered in and I'm told that the price provided didn't include x,y, and z. Not the best situation for me, but I felt trapped. What to do at this point was to unfortunately bite the bullet and just get the darn car. 7. Imagine leasing a I4 with M styling, pretty loaded, but doesn't have any advanced features for cruise control or the navigation doesn't provide actual turning directions. Not much of a navigation and super disappointing with standard cruise control that you can find on a Ford Focus. I like straight forward individuals when doing any kind of business, and I don't feel that service was provided to me at this dealership. I'm disappointed in my decision making and the business practices of the dealership. Shame on us both! More

Able to schedule service quickly. Advisor was prepared and knowledgeable about the service needed. Service was completed within the time anticipated.
