The service department is very professional and courteous. No issues whatsoever. However, my X3 was brand new and had sustained a sensor damage by virtue of a rock striking the vehicle approximatel courteous. No issues whatsoever. Instead of covering a replacement under the general warranty, I was charged more than $1000! I hope none of the other sensors are struck — especially at $ 1000 a pop! Not pleased. More

BMW of Sarasota service center is the best service center that I have been to. They have the easiest scheduling service and they always have open spots for the next day if you needed to.
