Terrible service experience. Purchased 4 new tires on their special. Received 2 identical quotes from 2 service managers for “total cost” to mount tires. Simple tire swap serv Purchased 4 new tires on their special. Received 2 identical quotes from 2 service managers for “total cost” to mount tires. Simple tire swap service took almost 5 hours. I was overcharged and now I see they have scratched and damaged on of the rims. Then the service advisor sends me a personal text message pressuring me for a good review. I will be this with BMW USA.
