Have gotten 10 emails stating need to schedule appt. I was just there for service. Asked to have a sticker removed from my windshield that was for a year of free car washes. That did not get done. I asked my service advisor and he tried to do it and couldn’t do it so he recommended I go buy a tool and do it myself. This type of stuff shouldn’t be happening at a high-end car dealership. More

I brought my car in for new tires and Maria checked my mileage and recommended maintenance that I would need to come back to BMW to have done in the future.
