Carlos provided excellent and informative customer service. The car repair was completed in a reasonable time frame. He went out of his way to find a place I could connect to power while waiting. Horrible experience. The service advisor (Brian George) was the worst you can have. Speaking to him was a weird experience. No even look at her... It seems that he had some issues. After I explained him why we brought the car, he told us that it would take about hour and a half. This was at 10:30 AM. We tried to contact him several times, and it looks that he didn’t know what he was doing. Finally at 3:30 PM my wife saw our car parked in the service line, and she asked him if the car was ready. He said that it was ready an hour ago! I wonder why he didn’t told us that the car was ready! We where seated in the waiting room for a very long time! Very weird More

I left a voicemail for Derek on Monday to call me about a question I had. He never returned my call so next day I spoke with a nice lady named Lorraine who found the answer to my question and made an appoint question I had. I brought the car in on Fri for service and went to pick it up that afternoon. I was told Derek had to handle the payment and in a somewhat rude manner the person behind the checkin counter told me I would just have to wait for Derek. He finally showed up about 15 minutes later and eventually I paid and retrieved my car. So from time I walked in to pick up my car it took 20+ minutes to leave BMW Of Sarasota for the last time. This business practice of no cashier and having to wait to check out with a service manager who usually tries to talk you into other services they say you “need” is why your reviews are not the best. More
