The oil change took longer than expected. Was surprised the car wasn’t washed. The other dealerships provide this service. I was given a coupon to go next door to wash the car. Overall I didn’t get a friendly customer service feeling at the dealership. Not sure if it was just a bad day for everyone last Saturday, or this is the normal culture at the dealership.
