BMW of Sarasota - Service Center

I had an appt. and still sat for 3 hours as they forgot about me then I had to wait another hour for them to finish as my service manager did not understand the wor and still sat for 3 hours as they forgot about me then I had to wait another hour for them to finish as my service manager did not understand the work to be done and my car sat while he figured it out and they started servicing another car so I had to wait even longer. When you set up appt. ., I should have been a priority. Usually they wash and clean your car as well. This was not done. Very disappointing service. More
