Not pleased with our experience. We had broker AC, first, they had the car for 3 days and returned it with the same issue, now they are waiting for parts and estimating us 3 weeks We had broker AC, first, they had the car for 3 days and returned it with the same issue, now they are waiting for parts and estimating us 3 weeks for parts to arrive. Also it is very hard to reach someone at the shop to get updates. No response for days. And not matching the loaner with a same class car as you own is big minus too. Never had this experience with other dealerships unfortunately for BMW , not a good experience at all. More
