The guy who checked me in was not particularly friendly, and interrupted me several times. I was told over the phone to just come in, and when I got there, I was told there’s no way they could see me that d and interrupted me several times. So I made an appointment for the following Monday, called to confirm the time, and when I arrived, there was some confusion, but they took the car and said it would be two hours. I came back three hours later, only to be told there was no appointment, and the car was not done. However, Jay Tejada, who worked with me, offered to do it himself as the service technicians had already gone home! He was great, went above and beyond. The rest of the experience was not so great. Including the hour to get there and the hour to get home, it was a seven hour long ordeal. They did arrange a rental car for me, which was very helpful. More
