Terrible experience. Quoted 2 hours. After two hours my car was done and sat for another hour waiting for a car wash. When I went to check on the wait I was given my keys Quoted 2 hours. Getting into my car the smell of oil and grease was overwhelming. It hadn’t been washed after sitting for an hour! I had to ride the entire way home with my windows down because of the smell of grease. The garbage plastic was still in my car. I had to walk down the road to find it, no one would bring it around. I bought my car from Sarasota BMW. Expected better service than this. More
