Drivetrain error was the main problem to have been fixed; problem was not fixed. Also, rim has a dent and scratch from a bump that was not fixed either; but I am glad the tire was replaced (same error). To t problem was not fixed. To top things off, I had a low engine oil alarm 15 minutes after I drove the vehicle home from picking up the car after it was “fixed”. I had to buy 3 quarts of oil (following technician instructions and approval) the following morning; the engine took in 2 entire quartz. They sent me home with a—potentially—dry engine. All things being equal, I continue to love BMW but I would be remiss if, after waiting for proper follow up, I do not alert you of this critical mistake. In advance, I thank you and look forward to a remedy. I also need Help getting my refunds from jaguar and Volvo, service contracts no longer needed since I sold them the cars to acquire this 650 bmw beauty! More
