After 6 new coils & spark plugs, started car to go home & still ran rough. End of day. Advisor left for the day. I looked for someone in hopes mechanic's did not go home. I drive 40 miles to the dealership. still ran rough. End of day. Advisor left for the day. I looked for someone in hopes mechanic's did not go home. I drive 40 miles to the dealership. Lucky the person I found actually worked on the car. He took car in & found a bad cracked plug. Someone got into the closed parts dept to find another one and problem was fixed. Glad I did not drive car home & find it still had a problem. Would hope that parts could be checked before installed by someone. Parts dept or mechanic, because I was just Lucky someone was still there & worked overtime to fix it. On the othe hand, would complement about 4 people for making sure it was fixed or I had a car to drive home. Good effort behind this. The Advisor was not there at the time this all took place. More
