Carlos my service advisor was great. But the dealership clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I’ve dealt with 3 different BMW dealerships over the years and never had a comparable experience. This wasn’t a one off because I’ve waited over 30 minutes the last time too. Since they are geographically convenient probably won’t get another BMW. More
