BMW of Sarasota - Service Center

I left my car there all day for new spark plugs and an oil change (I’m from out of town but my sister comes here to service her BMW). The system wasn’t reset to notify for the next oil change so it says I oil change (I’m from out of town but my sister comes here to service her BMW). My dealership at home also informed me that the spark plugs with them using the BMWUSA website would have been $200 less. I called Carlos on Saturday and I am waiting on a call back to discuss a refund on the difference (today is Wednesday). More
