Derek has always been fantastic. Someone in service removed a bumper guard from my vehicle without consulting me. The guard was expensive and was installed to protect the front bumpe Someone in service removed a bumper guard from my vehicle without consulting me. The guard was expensive and was installed to protect the front bumper from steep driveways and scraping. Either they removed it by pulling it off, or scraped the vehicle so bad it ripped it off. Very disappointed with this. More
