Happy with service, but it's very hard to get someone to answer the phone in service department, even the receptionist I had to call multiple times. I would have gotten more work completed if someone would answer the phone in service department, even the receptionist I had to call multiple times. Horrible experience in everyway, didn't even complete the job. Horrible communication. No one answers the phone, leave a message no one calls back. Was never informed my car was ready for pick up. Had to cal job. Horrible communication. No one answers the phone, leave a message no one calls back. Was never informed my car was ready for pick up. Had to call repetitively until someone answered. Car was delivered with grease and smudge marks all over interior door panels. Took about 45 minutes to drop off and about the same to pick it up. I could go on longer but what's the point, they don't care. I expected more from BMW. I will never have my car serviced there again. Will drive to Tampa. More
