Had reservation for oil change at 9:30. Was out by 11:45 as they were very busy. Service was good, really like the way they provide video of car inspection while on the lift. Service was quick and they covered the white leather seats to avoid dirt amd grease. Kim was my service advisor. She was very knowledgable and helpful. I have an M car with a special paint color. Based seats to avoid dirt amd grease. Kim was my service advisor. She was very knowledgable and helpful. I have an M car with a special paint color. Based on my request and her assumption, they did not wash the car. I am happy they checked on this as I only handwash the car. They went the extra mile. Thank you More
