Took my car in for a broken thermostat and they kept it for 14 days with almost no communication. The worst experience of any dealership ever. This is especially disappointing since I am an established cus for 14 days with almost no communication. The worst experience of any dealership ever. This is especially disappointing since I am an established customer at this dealership and bought a new car there. When I picked the car up it smelled like smoke inside and had 2 new scratches on it. But more importantly they left a screwdriver inside the engine compartment and when they shut the hood it warped the hood. Would not recommend this dealership. More
