We have owned 19 different makes of vehicles over the years. This is our first BMW. We were experiencing some front-end shimmy with our 2020 BMW so I decided to take it to BMW Sarasota. I didn't want years. This is our first BMW. We were experiencing some front-end shimmy with our 2020 BMW so I decided to take it to BMW Sarasota. I didn't want to wait until we got back to Maryland because my local dealership wasn't responsive with a previous issue. The BMW Sarasota service team not only resolved the front end shimmy (rotors) but also diagnosed an emerging major problem (steering rack) that I wasn't aware of. They worked hard to get us back on the road with a trouble free and worry free car. Kudos to Chong and his colleagues. More
