My first time at this dealership for annual service and a recall. Dropped vehicle off on Monday for a scheduled appointment. No one greeted me, had to find a service advisor and then wait longer while anothe recall. Dropped vehicle off on Monday for a scheduled appointment. No one greeted me, had to find a service advisor and then wait longer while another employee jumped in to talk to service advisor. Was told the service and recall would be complete in 2 days, it ended up taking 2 weeks. When I picked it up 2 weeks later again no one greeted me and I had to search for a service advisor. The service they performed seems to be complete although given the lack of communication and attention makes me worry. Time will tell. More

The lane change warning system was the major reason we brought the vehicle in for service. It was in for 3 days. After we picked it up We realized it was not working.
