This was my second excellent service experience with BMW of Sarasota. Zachary Aberle, my service advisor was extremely professional and courteous. He kept me informed every step of my car’s service. His communication to me was prompt and very helpful in expediting the completion of the service, payment, and paperwork to ensure that my car and associated paperwork would be ready for pickup upon my arrival to the dealership. I highly recommend that all BMW owners make BMW of Sarasota their preferred maintenance provider. There is a great peace of mind in knowing that my car is going to be properly serviced when I get it back from them!!! Yes, you can shop around for better maintenance pricing but, the problem is you only get what you pay for. Let’s face it, do you really want to trust your safety with someone you don’t know and all just to save a few bucks!!! More
