Zach my sevice rep was very polite, respectful and responsive. And the work done seems to be satisfactory. I like the place. It was my first time here. Recently moved from another state. I was informed of an issue that needed repair, and given a quote. It was not inexpensive. Once I reached hubby to agree we go ahead, he informed me we just had same repair one year ago at former BMW dealer. I informed my service rep, and in the end, it was all worked out via BMW and I didn’t have to pay a 2nd time for same repair. That part was great. I’m just wondering if they would have ever said anything about it if we hadn’t brought it to their attention. I was told the cars VIN # would show all dealer records and work performed on the vehicle. Nevertheless, it was a good end result and we’ll be back. More

Relatively quick service. Service greeter didn’t have a clear understanding of the job she was doing. Service writer Brent was excellent. The dealership showroom is worn and in need of painting. Scuff marks on many walls. Not what one would expect at a BMW dealership. More

I was treated like a 3rd class citizen not a BMW owner. They acted like "how dare you have a flat tire without an appointment!
