The lane change warning system was the major reason we brought the vehicle in for service. It was in for 3 days. After we picked it up We realized it was not working. My first time at this dealership for annual service and a recall. Dropped vehicle off on Monday for a scheduled appointment. No one greeted me, had to find a service advisor and then wait longer while anothe recall. Dropped vehicle off on Monday for a scheduled appointment. No one greeted me, had to find a service advisor and then wait longer while another employee jumped in to talk to service advisor. Was told the service and recall would be complete in 2 days, it ended up taking 2 weeks. When I picked it up 2 weeks later again no one greeted me and I had to search for a service advisor. The service they performed seems to be complete although given the lack of communication and attention makes me worry. Time will tell. More
