Service by Maria was very good. She was always on top of it and informed me of every step. The negative was the waiting time for just an Oil change. It was a little more than 2 hours and I rejected the car it and informed me of every step. The negative was the waiting time for just an Oil change. It was a little more than 2 hours and I rejected the car wash which could take another 20 minutes on top. I believe an oil change should not take longer as 45 to 55 minutes in total. This is my experience with other dealers. More
