Very inconsistent service and experience at this BMW. Last several times treated poorly , this time Was told i had to pay to air put in my tires ! Car under warranty still and told I had to pay to check why i was having issues first then they would put it through warranty. I will bring my car to another BMW dealer . Also they gave me a cheap hertz rental last several times but the guys next to me got 7 series when I asked they said he was there earlier then me .. then as I was waiting for rental another guy came in a got a BMW instead of a hertz car . I guess at this dealers it’s who you know and don’t be a women More
Staff unengaged, wasn’t greeted properly. Car stayed for three days, advisor hard to reach unable to contact. No idea what was happening with vehicle. I had to constantly follow up. Service center could not resolve my issue. Vehicle has been in multiple times for the same problem. Also loaner/rental was given with about 1/8 tank of gas. I returned it with the same and was charged been in multiple times for the same problem. Also loaner/rental was given with about 1/8 tank of gas. I returned it with the same and was charged $49. I recently called the service department and spoke with Paul Schafer regarding a defective leather dash on my 2018 X5d. Paul was great, he knew exactly how to resolve the issue. I was told the dash would need to be replaced and my warranty would take care of the cost. The part was ordered and I received a call as soon as it arrived. Since it was going to take a couple of days to install the new dash, Paul made sure a loaner vehicle was available. The installation was a success and I was back in my truck within 2 days as estimated! This high quality service is what I have come to expect from BMW and it is why I am on my 11th vehicle! More
