Kyle service was helpful, I drove my BMW to the dealership after buying a car key fab that wouldn't program to my car, they ordered a new key it didn't work, I agreed for diagnosis because my origi dealership after buying a car key fab that wouldn't program to my car, they ordered a new key it didn't work, I agreed for diagnosis because my original key open and close my car door intermittently same for the other 2 factory key, I agreed to buy cast and RDC unit parts and Benton assured me it would fix the car and it didn't. I paid the bill and told its fix and when I received the car it wasn't. I was told I purposely withheld mentioning it was salvage title which I didn't know it mattered, no one asked. BMW is a BMW I needed diagnosis from the dealer...now they say the problem is my back glass and module, a tree branch did damage the back glass and it was replaced. I'm unhappy how I was treated I need answers. More
